Any claims regarding an order must be made within 14 days of shipment.

To ensure proper credit of your return, please contact CadeboDesigns@outlook.com, as all returns require pre-authorization.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the error is ours, shipping will be included in the refund.

Refunds will post to your account according to your bank's processing time.

Clearance items are ineligible for return.

Items returned to us in nonsalable condition will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued.

A nonsalable condition includes, but is not limited to, items that have been washed, cut, marked, soiled, wrinkled, or items that have absorbed a strong odor.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all item(s) upon receipt.

All purchases are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance.
